3D printing is continuing to grow in popularity, ranging from uses in the food industry to manufacturing machine parts.  A professor out of USC is looking to take 3D printing to the next level by using one of the printers to create an entire house!  This new printer uses concrete instead of plastic and could potentially create a house in about a day.  Check out this video to see this printer in action.

This printer is still a long way from becoming a regular staple in home construction, but it is certainly a step in the right direction. While our focus here at Allied Modular is working with the commercial sector, we can certainly appreciate speedy construction.

We’ve been creating solutions for incredibly fast construction for about 25 years. We fabricate the components of our modular buildings in one of our three factories. This process happens under controlled conditions and using streamlined production methods. Our on-site installation takes place in a matter of days, not months or weeks to complete.
