At Allied Modular Building Systems, we consider ourselves privileged to work with companies of all sizes in a wide variety of industries ranging from production facilities, administrative offices, and all branches of the U.S. Military.
All of our products are fabricated at one of our three eco-friendly facilities located in Orange, CA, Goodlettsville, TN, and Austin, TX. These facilities are strategically placed to reach customers around the United States (and around the globe) quickly and easily.
One of our most popular products is our modular offices. We’ve perfected our modular offices for the past 25 years, and they have been a welcome addition to the many companies we’ve served.
New customers are often very curious about how the whole modular process works. We start by working directly with our customers to find out exactly what they are looking for. This typically involves finding out what size modular offices they are looking for, the style of modular office they’d prefer, and what kind of windows, doors and other features that will be part of the office.
Once we’ve gathered the necessary information we start the fabrication process. This takes place within one of our modular construction production facilities. Our facilities are designed so that we can quickly and efficiently create modern modular products. All of our employees are factory- trained and are incredibly skilled at modular construction.
Our modular offices are built to the specifications created by the customer. We build all the components of the modular office (walls, doors, etc.) at our facility and then carefully package them up for shipment. We typically use flatbed trucks for their ease of transport and loading/unloading.
We ship the components directly to our customer’s build site. Much like the construction specifications of the modular office, there are options for installation. Our skilled team of factory- trained installer can easily install your new offices. Unlike other methods of construction, modular construction installs very quickly. All the hard work has already been done off- site, and it is simply a matter of assembling the components at the build site. This yields a superior product that doesn’t come with the mess, noise and headache that is typically found in conventional construction.
Additionally, if you’d prefer to do the install yourself, it is definitely attainable. We can even help make the process easier by pre-wiring electrical; and please note that our walls don’t require any patching or painting.
