Client Responsibilities: Provide accurate site and building location information. Two rounds of revisions included additional rounds at 10% of the package fee. Any Fees will be invoiced at cost plus 17%.

*The Full Permit Package can only be purchased if the Structure Calculations & Drawings Package for Single Story, Two Story, and Guardhouses has already been purchased.

Drawings and calculations meet state-specific regulations and are stamped by a state-licensed engineer.  Additional charges apply for services not listed and will be communicated and approved before proceeding. Does not include Energy Calculations, if provided they will separated on our proposal
