Your guide: a Client Engagement Specialist

It starts with one discovery phone call. A Client Engagement Specialist listens to what you’re trying to solve, asks the right questions, and tells you straight whether modular is even the right fit for your job. If it is, they hand you to a Design Manager who specializes in your industry. If it isn’t, they’ll tell you that too.

Solution & Design

Your guide: a dedicated Design Manager

Your Design Manager builds a solution around your budget and your goals — then puts a preliminary drawing in front of you with a real estimate attached. Need a tweak? A site visit? Three trips back to the drawing board until it’s perfect? That’s expected, and it’s included. When every obstacle is solved, you get a final proposal and a drawing to sign. No surprises hiding in the fine print.

Manufacture

Your guide: a hands-on Project Manager

The moment you approve, we start building at one of our nationwide facilities — and you meet your Project Manager. Together you set the rules: how often you hear from us, and how — phone, email, or text. Most projects are fabricated in two to eight weeks, every part cut for an exact fit. Use that time to prep your site, and you’ll be ready the day it arrives.

Deliver & Install

Your building ships under our Worry-Free Freight guarantee: it arrives undamaged and ready to install — or we re-manufacture the parts and rush them to your jobsite, free.
